​•​Other products can be returned within 7 days if thet meet the return criterias below via DHL or Fedex only. We do not accept National Post Services and tracked mails as it operationally not possible carry out the customs clearance process. At this point we can not provide return label for DHL or Fedex. To avoid hardship of internationa return contact us via info@ficklehearts.com before placşng your order to find your best fit or your questions regarding the products. We will do out best to assist you.

​•​Returned good must maintain its state for resell; must not contain and kind of smell (body odour, soap, perfume, etc), not stained, labels intact and not tampered with. If your your return good does not meet these criterias it will not be accepted. 

​•​Return shipment fee is on customer. Cost of customs clearenace process will be deducted from your refund amount.

Return Policy

You can return your order in 14 days after you receive it. To be eligible for a return, items must be new, and with all original tags attached. Items must not
have been used in photography shoots, Instagram posts, online, commercially or for personal gain. Please be careful of deoderant and makeup rubbing off on the item. All items that do not meet those standards will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

As long as the item(s) you are returning are not final sale, you can request a return label to ship your item(s) back within 14 days of delivery either for a refund to your original form of payment or a site credit.

International returns fees will be deducted from your refund based on the amount of the DHL label provided for your return.
Return fees may variable depending where the recipient is located. Quotation
with DHL will be confirmed with the customer.
